2. Order Cancellation & Return Rights

You have the right to cancel or return an Order within 3 days of receiving the Goods.

The cancellation/return window closes after 3 days from the delivery date (or when a third party, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Goods).

To initiate cancellation, clearly inform us by email at help@idharse.com within this period.

Once cancellation is confirmed and Goods are returned, we will process the refund within 7–10 working days of receiving the Goods or proof of return.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method, with no extra processing fees charged.
3. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return, the Goods must meet these conditions:

The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

The Goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories).

Goods must not fall under the following non-returnable categories:

Customized or personalized items

Perishable or time-sensitive goods

Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed (e.g. cosmetics, personal care products)

Items that are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these requirements.
4. Return Shipping & Risk

Unless the return is due to a defect or error from our side, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods.

We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. We cannot process refunds for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Refunds & Processing

Returned Goods will be inspected before approval.

If approved, a full or partial refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the Order.

In cases where returned items are damaged, used, or missing parts, we may deduct a reasonable amount from the refund.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible within the 3-day return period if the required size, color, or variant is available.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs and send the correct item at no extra charge.
