To qualify for a return, the Goods must meet these conditions:

 

  1. The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

  2. The Goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags, manuals, and accessories).

  3. Goods must not fall under the following non-returnable categories:

     

    • Customized or personalized items

    • Perishable or time-sensitive goods

    • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed (e.g. cosmetics, personal care products)

    • Items that are inseparably mixed with other products after delivery
